Notice of Annual General Meeting

Dear Members,

We are writing to give notice of our next AGM to be held on the 17th June at 1900 hrs. This is slightly later in June than usual due to a break with tradition of having our friends from Kelkheim visit us at the end of May this year rather than their usual autumn visit.

The AGM is open to all members of HWTTA - if anyone has not already paid their subscriptions for the coming year please contact our membership Secretary who is copied into this email.
